Chief Operating Officer
We’re seeking an organized person with a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading the Department of Operations and Customer Service in Freight Forwarding agencies. This person must be willing to plan, administrate, operate and supervise air, sea, and land shipments, as well as customs services. Additionally, coordinate the storage and stock management of cargo in the general and bonded warehouses. With the ability to fulfill the established objectives, achieve optimal commercial and economic results, as well as integrate, direct, motivate, train, and supervise the team of customer service executives.
Kowledge
- Custom legislation principles.
- Import and export custom processes.
- Analysis, raising, and implementation of standardized processes.
- Establish and monitor the Key Process Indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis and design of operating models and making of comparative tables.
- Processes involved in the coordination of sea, air, and land shipments.
- Management of the Microsoft Suite, (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Preparation and transmission of cargo manifests.
- Shipping documentation (BL, AWBL).
- Statistics management.

- Distribution, Storage or Maritime, Air, and Land Transport.
- Bilingual Spanish and English speaker (minimum level 7).
